MUTTON BRIYANI
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp - oil
1 tsp - ghee
10 - cardomom
7 - cinamon sticks
1 tbsp - cloves
5 - onions
4 tsp - ginger garlic paste
½ tsp - turmeric powder
5 tsp - chilli powder
2 tsp - garam masala
1 - cup mutton or ½ kg mutton
1 cup - curd
Salt - as required
4 - tomatoes
4 - green chillis
1 cup - mint leaves
8 glass - water
4 cups - rice
METHOD
1. In a heated pan add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp ghee
2. Then add 10 cardomom,7 cinamon sticks,1 tbsp cloves
3. Saute the mixture well
4. Now add 5 onions and saute well until it turns golden brown
5. Then add 4 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well
6. Add ½ tsp turmeric powder ,5 tsp chilli powder and mix it well
7. Now add 2 tsp garam masala and mix well at medium flame
8. Once the masala blends well add 1 cu mutton or ½ kg mutton and mix well
9. Add 1 cup curd and salt as required and saute it
10. Now add 4 tomatoes ,4 green chillis and 1 cup mint leaves
11. Mix it and close the lid and keep it for 15 min
12. After 15 min add 8 glass of water and 4 cups rice
13. Mix it without breaking the rice.
14. Close the lid and keep it for ½ an hour.
15. Yummy hot mutton biryani is ready to be served
