Sheela Fish Fry Recipe
SHEEELA FISH FRY / (barracuda) INGREDIENTS
1 cup - Sheela (barracuda) fish.
salt - as required
½ tsp - turmeric powder.
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp crushed garlic.
2 tbsp oil.
METHOD
1. To a bowl add 1 cup Sheela (barracuda) fish.
2. Add salt as required and ½ tsp turmeric powder.
3. Mix well by adding 2 tsp chilli powder and 1 tsp crushed garlic.
4. Mix well by blending the masala in the fish and marginate for 15 minutes.
5. To a heated pan add 2 tbsp oil.
6. Now fry the marignated fish .
7. Turn the fish when golden brown on one side
8. Take it out when golden brown on both the sides
9. Spicy sheeela fish fry / (barracuda) is ready to be served.
