TAPIOCA MASALA
INGREDIENTS 2 cups - water
1 cup - tapioca
1 tbsp - oil
1 tsp - mustard lentils .
1 - red chilli
1 tbsp - coconut.
¼ tsp - turmeric powder
salt - to taste.
METHOD
1. To a pan add 2 cups of water
2. Add 1 cup of tapioca and boil it for 10 min.
3. Once the tapioca is boiled drain the water and keep it aside.
4. To a new pan add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp mustard lentils .
5. Saute well by adding 1 red chilli and 1 tbsp coconut.
6. Now add ¼ tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste.
7. Mix it well.
8. Now put the boiled tapioca and saute it
9. Traditional kerala style tapioca masala is ready to be served.
