CHICKEN KORMA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS Oil - 2 tbsp Cinamon -2 Cloves - 4 Cardamom -2 Anise (sombu) - 1/2 tsp Kalpasi (Black Stone flower) - 2 Chopped onions - 2 Green chilli - 3 Tomatoes - 3 Baby potato - 1 cup Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp Chicken - 1 cup Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Chilli powder -2 tsp Kulambu powder -3 tbsp Water -1 cup Salt - to taste . Thick coconut milk -1 cup Curry leaves -1 tbsp METHOD
1. To a heated pan add 2 tbsp oil.
2. Then add 2 cinnamon , 4 cloves and 2 cardamom .
3. Add ½ tsp anise (sombu) and 2 kalpasi (black stone flower)
4. By mixing well add 2 chopped onion and 3 green chillis
5. Saute the mixture and add 3 tomatoes and 1 cup baby potato.
6. Now ½ tsp turmeric powder and mix it.
7. Add 1 cup of fresh chicken and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
8. Mix well by adding 2 tsp chilli powder and 3 tbsp kulambu powder.
9. Mix well until the masala blends
10. Add 1 cup of water and salt as required.
11. Give it a mix and close the lid and keep it for 10 min.
12. Once the curry boils add 1 cup thick coconut milk .
13. Give it a stir and add 1 tbsp curry leaves
14. Close the lid and keep it for 10 min.
15. Delicious Chicken korma / chicken curry is ready to be served.
