BHINDI PAKORA
INGREDIENTS
1cup - chopped ladys finger
2 -onions
2 - green chillis
½ tsp - crushed garlic
4 tsp - gram flour
2 tsp - rice flour.
salt - to taste
2 tbsp - corn flour.
1 tsp - chilli powder
¼ tsp - turmeric powder.
oil - for deep fry
METHOD
1. To a bowl add 1cup of chopped ladys finger and 2 onions
2. Then add 2 green chillis and ½ tsp crushed garlic
3. Mix well and add 4 tsp gram flour and 2 tsp rice flour.
4. By mixing it add salt to taste and 2 tbsp corn flour.
5. Now add 1 tsp chilli powder and ¼ tsp turmeric powder.
6. Mix well by sprinkling some water.
7. To a pan add oil for deep fry and heat it.
8. Now deep fry the bhindi in batches.
9. Turn it when golden brown on one side.
10. Drain the oil and take it out when golden brown on both the sides.
11. Crispy bhindi pakora is ready to be served.
