SOYYAN SWEET RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Bengal gram - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Oil - for deep fry
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Maida - 1 cup
Salt - as required
Water - 1/4 cup
METHOD
1.Soak 1/2 cup bengal gram in 1 cup water for 10 minutes.
2.Drain the water completely.
3.Now grind the 1/2 cup bengal gram .
4.In a bowl add the grind bengal gram ,1/2 cup coconut , 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder.
5.Mix it well.
6.Make it as small balls and keep it aside.
7. In a bowl add 1 cup maida and a pinch of salt.
8. Now add 1/4 cup water and mix well.
9. Make it into a thick batter .
10.In a heated pan add oil for deep fry.
11.Dip the balls in the batter and deep fry.
12.Turn it when golden brown on one side.
13.Take it out when fully fried.
14.Drain the oil using a tissue paper.
15.Sweet Soyyan is ready to be served .
