PAZHAM PORI
KERALA STYLE PAZHAMPORI
INGREDIENTS
Maida - 1 cup
Salt - as required
Water - 1/4 cup
Nendram pazham - 1
Oil - for deep fry
Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
METHOD
1. In a bowl add 1 cup maida and a pinch of salt.
2. Now add 1/4 cup water and mix well.
3. Make it into a thick batter .
4.In a heated pan add oil for deep fry.
5.Cut the nendra pazham into thin slices
6.Now dip both sides of the nendra pazham in the batter and deep fry in the oil.
7.Turn it when golden brown on one side.
8.Take it out when golden brown on both the sides.
9.Drain the oil using a tissue paper.
10.Sprinkle sugar powder(optional).
11.Crispy pazham pori of banana fitters is ready.
