                                                              MEDU VADA



INGREDIENTS
Urad dhal - 1 cup Water - 2 cups Chopped carrots - 1 tbsp Chopped onion - 1 nos Green chilli - 2 nos Curry leaves - 1 tbsp Ginger - 1/2 tsp Salt - as required Oil - for deep fry METHOD
