Fish curry Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 cups - tamarind water
salt - to taste
6 tbsp - kulambu powder
3 - green chillis
1- onion
3 - tomatoes
1 - tbsp curry leaves.
1- cup fish.
1 - cup raw mango
2- tbsp oil ,
½ tsp- mustard lentils
½ tsp -ventayam(fenugreek)
½ cup- onions
1 tbsp -curry leaves
METHOD
1. To a bowl add 2 cups tamarind water add salt to taste
2. Add 6 tbsp kulambu powder and mix well.
3. Now add 3 green chillis ,1 onion and 3 tomatoes .
4. By mixing well add 1 tbsp curry leaves.
5. Close the lid and let it boil for 15 min.
6. After 15 min add 1 cup fish.
7. Here I am using shella fish (barcudda fish)
8. Add 1 cup of raw mango and give it a boil.
9. To a new pan add 3 tbsp oil , ½ tsp mustard lentils and ½ tsp ventayam(fenugreek)
10. Now add ½ cup onions and 1 tbsp curry leaves and mix well.
11. Once it turns golden rown add the mixture to the fish curry .
12. Mix it well and serve hot.
13. Delicious hot fish curry is ready to be served.
