VANILLA CUPCAKE
INGREDIENTS
Sugar- 1 Cup(200g) -
Unsalted Butter- 1/2 cup (125 g)
All Purpose flour- 1.5 cups (190 g)
Baking soda- 1/2 teaspoon
Baking Powder-1 teaspoon
Salt- 1/4 teaspoon
Egg- 2 Large
Milk-3/4 cup
Vanilla Essence-1& 1/2 teaspoon
DRY INGREDIENTS
1.In a bowl add 1.5 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/4 tsp salt.
2.Mix the ingredients well.
WET INGREDIENTS
3. In a new bowl add 125gm butter at room temperature and 1cup sugar.
4.Whisk on high speed until smooth and creamy
5.Add 2 large eggs one at a time.
6.Whisk after each addition.
7.Add 1and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
8.Sift and add the flour mixture.
9.Mix on low speed.
10.Add 3/4 cup milk @ room temperature.
11.Mix on low speed until combined .
12.Line the cupcakes pan with cupcake sheets .
13.Pour the batter into the cupcake sheets do not pour till the brim.
14.Bake in a pre heated oven @ 180c for 20 to 25 min until a tooth prick is inserted in and comes out clean .
15.Our moist fluffy perfect vanilla cupcakes are ready.
