Navarathri special - Sundal for pooja



Ingredients 
 
green gram - 1 cup
water -1/2 cup
salt - 1 tsp
oil - 1 tsp
black mustard seed -1/4 tsp
dry chilli -2
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Hing - 1/2 tsp
Grated coconut - 4 tbsp
Finely chopped onion - 1
Green chilli -2
Chopped green mango - 3 tbsp
Ginger - 1/2 tbsp
Corriander
Curry leaves

Method 
 
1.Soak 1 cup green gram in 1/2 cup water.
2.Keep it aside for 2 hours.
3.Put the soaked green gram in the cooker and add 1 tsp salt.
4.Wait for 3 whistles
5.In a new vessel add 1 tsp oil after heating add 1/4 tsp black mustard seed, 2 red chilli and 1 tsp urad dal.
6.Add 1/2 tsp hing.
7.Mix the cooked green gram to the seasoning
8.Add 4 tbsp grated coconut ,1 finely chopped onion , 2 green chilli and 3 tbsp chopped green mango and mix well.
9.Add corriander ,1/2 tbsp chopped ginger and curry leaves mix well.
10.Ready to serve the sundal.
